Cleaning: included apart from cleaning of the kitchenette, 25 Euro if not carried out by the guest.
electricity, water, gas, satellite TV.
Change of bedding and towels: for two week stays this takes place on Sunday (included in the price).
Use of the pool
The price does not include:
Air conditioning: € 8.00 per day
Animals (provided they are small / medium size and well educated): 5.00 € per day
Cot: € 4.00 per day
Extra bed: € 5.00 per day
Stroller: 4.00 € per day
Potty and high chair: € 2.00 per day
Washing machine: € 3.50 for each use
Deposit: € 100.00 will be returned upon departure if damages and / or deficiencies
